Delete Your PlotFun Account

You can delete your PlotFun account at any time, in the app or by email. You do not need to install the app again to make a request.

Delete in the app

1. Open PlotFun and go to Profile.
2. Tap Privacy & data.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You are signed out on this device.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my PlotFun account". Send it from the email address of the Google or Apple account you sign in with, or include that address in your message. It is shown under your name in Profile. We reply to confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What happens when an account is deleted

• Your sign-in record is deleted and the account is closed. Signing in again with the same Google or Apple account starts a new, empty account.
• Your chats, follows, watch history, reading progress, tasks, diamonds and membership benefits stay with the closed account and can no longer be opened by anyone, including you. Unused diamonds are lost.
• The account is closed in every PlotFun product that uses it.
• Memberships bought through Google Play are stopped from renewing. A membership bought through the App Store must be cancelled in your iPhone's Settings > your name > Subscriptions.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records, kept for refunds, tax and legal obligations.
• Links between device identifiers, IP addresses and accounts, kept to prevent fraud and abuse. IP addresses are deleted after one year without use.

Accounts left unused for 30 days are also deleted automatically, as described in our Privacy Policy.
